We have taken an old cow shed and milk shop – abandoned since the seventies – and are lovingly renovating the spaces to bring you MILK by AREA 8 ROOMS.

Two unique apartments in the UNESCO heritage quarter of the Sassi each have stunning
trademark terraces with indigenous plants and killer views.
The up and coming chain mushrooming up around southern Italy selects heritage buildings strategically positioned for privacy and silence – of the biggest luxuries available today.

We select antique buildings that tell stories about the places, the people and the heritage of where they are found, then renovate and furnished them with unique vintage pieces from our XXC Italian design collection which makes for a singular hospitality experience where nothing is standard.
